The Final Semester

As a way to act different from others again, I chose my final semester to have 5 working days a week! You could even also say I am crazy enough to take 5 modules when I could just leave it with 4 modules.

With three core modules, I can choose to take one more unrestricted elective to clear my requirement for graduation. However, I chose to take another extra module. Reason being is the little hope left in me to hope to get 4As for this module in order for my CAP to bump up to second lower class honors (Yeah, you can do your own calculation to estimate my current CAP). The other UE module is Japanese 6, which I am absolutely sure that I have definitely no hope in getting the A since my group of Japanese classmates are all stronger than me.

Another reason is I want to fully utilize the remaining time I have in school. This is the last lap of my education life. After this, I will no longer be a student. After this, I will be facing the cruelty of the adulthood. After this, I will be forced to jump out from my fantasy. With the time I have now, I want to spend more time with my friends as much as possible since we will be all be going separate ways and would be very difficult to meet up in the future. I have too many experience seeing once very close friends could become instant strangers. I just want to create more fond memories in my mind so that it would be nice to look back at those times.

Yes, maintaining relationship is very hard. One must really put in the effort in order not to turn it back to the stranger stage. Well, probably I already somehow feel that it is going to happen again, but I still want to enjoy the life as a student. The time when you could sit and chat with your friends. The time when you really learn things without having as much stress as you will have in working life. The time when you can enjoy student offer. The time when you have more time for yourself. All these times, will be gone forever.

That is why I want to make it the best out of it.
