The very fateful Saturday was finally here!!!It was until then I realised Mayday concert was just right beside the location of S.H.E concert!!! I always thought it was at Padang. Well, no matter what the reason was, I think that point of location brought the whole atmosphere to the peak because of the appearance of the First Top Taiwanese Band and Group! But in any case, this post will be focusing only on S.H.E since I went to their concert!
There was a sudden downpour in the evening when I was going to meet up with Pok Yen. I quickly ran as fast as I could, but we were still late meeting up with Sabrina and her friend, Jiawei. This friend of hers is kind of a new friend to her as well. Sabrina was desperate to get ticket for the concert, and she managed to get contact from this friend. So lucky! And she is only 16 years old! I felt so bad when I guessed that she is around our age.
We met up at Shokudo for our dinner and had a good chat! After filling our stomach up with lots of sushi rice, we have save enough energy for the concert! Off to the New MRT Circle Line!!! We were so childishly fascinated by the circle line. When we reached the stop, we saw a very funny scene! There is a small signboard, "S.H.E, turn left", "Mayday, turn right"! And I gave a loud WOW as the station is really in between the 2 stadiums.

We separated with the girls as we paid for different prices. When we were queueing, there were even old auntie who was hunchback asking for directions to join the queue!!! Later when we were inside, we found Jonathan and took pictures with him. Too bad Alex missed this concert...
Finally, the details of the concert. The concert stage design was rather simple. But the complexity of the concert was turned to the dress design and the remix versions of various S.H.E songs. They had various themes: Sexy Theme, Colourful Bird Theme, Broadway Theme, Children Theme, Bling Bling Theme, KTV Theme, Final Theme. The girls have also sang songs from other singers such as Jay Chou, Faye Wong, A-Mei and even Mayday! Ella had also 'cursed' Mayday jokingly!!! Haha, so funny!
There was a part where Hebe claimed that her dress was too big for her, and she felt that it kept dropping! Then, after that segment of talk, Selina sang and laughed suddenly because Hebe kept adjusting her dress!
Many people were busying taking pictures, and I thought they really missed out a lot. I was singing happily with them, and screamed to the top of my voice. Towards the end of the concert, there was not much people screaming for Encore, only some people from the S.H.E fanclub shouting their name. So I just screamed ENCORE!!! to bring up the atmosphere. Haha, I glad I did, which really aroused the fans and all of them shouted for them. So from there onwards with the Final Theme, everyone was at their highest spirits and I can't bearly hear S.H.E singing...
The last song was again 戀人未滿, which I think is the most suitable song to make a perfect ending. Then, after singing, the music of that song will continue to roll and the girls will just go each side the bow to the audience sincerely. Ella also spotted Stefanie Sun's parents watching their performance at the end! And she said to them, in Mandarin, "Ask Stefanie to stop dating and release one album!"
S.H.E concert was very successful. When we stepped out of the stadium, Mayday concert was still running, at the last 2 songs. We met with Sabrina and Jiawei again. They said they could not bring themselves too high, because nobody really stood up and high with the crazy fans like us... Some S.H.E fans stayed outside the National Stadium and MRT Station to listen to Mayday concert and they even sang along! Luckily, the four of us stayed because at the last part of Mayday concert, there's fireworks!!! It's been a long time since I last seen fireworks with my very own eyes. Each sight is always a moment of throb. I will just feel very relieved or touched.
Overall, both concerts were quite successful. But due to the unexpected rain, I heard Mayday concert was not actually going according to plan. Well, that is the bad thing of an open field concert.
