Blading and Cooking

It is a mini outing on Monday for VeNoM as only around 5 people were free that day. We rendezvous at Pasir Ris Park for roller blading. It was my first time trying that and I thought I would definitely fall the very moment I stand up with the blades. However, it was not, Tingting was screaming out loud and fell down beside me when she tried to stand up. Haha.

There were only 5 of us: Edwin, Russell, Tingting and Wei Zhang. All of us are not pros and in fact are all new beginners. Edwin has one experience with it and so he is able to get to the hang of it pretty fast. I'm not sure about Wei Zhang, but he could get the basic skill quite fast too. Russell and Tingting hesitated to make out the first step. For me, I'm in the middle. I could make that first step, but not as fast as Wei Zhang and Edwin. Moreover, I try to make different moves and end up falling the most. Haha. It was a really fun blading, should try more often.

We went to play arcade again in E!Hub. We could not play JuBeat, so we tried the newest Bishi Bashi and it was damn fun. After an hour, we went to Fairprice to get ingredients for dinner. Why? Because we decided to cook over at Tingting's house. Coincidentally, she lives at the same block as my aunt! And it is just 3 storeys different. Yi Jia joined us when we shopping for ingredients. Wei Zhang left after he had his dinner.

We cooked Spaghetti, Clam Chowder and Tang Yuan for our dinner. We were all bloated after that. We all had a very fun chat throughout the whole session. We even prepared a surprise for Edwin! His birthday is next monday, but since we could not make out time for any of the day, we just decided to do it that day. However, he did not show any bit of surprised expression on his face. His present is even cuter, an Elmo! It is used to represent his emo-ness since he likes to display grumpy face everytime we see him. But this celebration is just a beginning! (I don't know if he will see this...)
