NUS SoC FOW'09 (Day 7)

Day 7: The Grand Finale

Edwin came back.
Irvan finally made his "comeback" ever since he MIA since the first day...
Ying Cong also joined back since it was the last day.

The start of the last day began with more Introductory Talks...

Ok. Anyway, we were given time to touch on the Cosplay Costume on the late afternoon, while those people playing their Group Mascot were gathered together to plan for a skit.

No one in my group really want to play as our Group Mascot. So, someone, who have planned a lot of CSC outings, was tired to see people not taking initiative, decided to take up the role. He took this role also because that no one could really see him since he would be wearing a mask. Haha.

The night was damn high. It was because such Cosplay event was not played by other people, but was by the members in your OG. Their group would surely support their Mascots.

Good. No one actually knew who the VeNoM was. Only a few people who was not in my group knew. Even my SP knew who was he! Shucks...

The event was boosted with high atmosphere as soon as the Emcee called the Mascots to catwalk one by one. Haha, my group VeNoM was forced to do a lot of unglamourous actions... When the emcee interviewed the Mascots one by one, she even called VeNoM when she called Spiderwoman, and they both had to catwalk again as if we were walking into a wedding ceremony... Since they can't kiss, VeNoM had to 'lick' the Spiderwoman. Haha.

The skit was quite successful. And our group won the Independant Group... It was like a nicer way to say that our group was 'condemned'. Haha.

Russell, Edwin, Ying Cong and I stayed overnight. But we did not know what to play, so we played a few rounds of Big 2. Then, we went Star Gazing, or as what the Organising Committee said, because when we went up, there were no stars at all as the PSI was not very good. The only visible objects in the sky were Juptier and the Moon. After a night chat at the rooftop, we looked for our sleeping area and decided to sleep at COM1. But we played more card games before we were all concussed...

The next morning, we all walked to the Big Field near SRC for the Rag Day. But I could not stay and watch as I have to attend my last Japanese Class.

Well, I had a memorable time with my group. Hope that we could continue deepen that root of friendship.
